Goddess Kushmanda is the cosmic creator who brought the universe into existence when complete darkness prevailed. With just a gentle, radiant smile, she created the Brahmanda (cosmic egg) and illuminated the cosmos. She resides in the interior core of the Sun (Surya Mandala), and is the only entity capable of abiding within that blinding solar radiance. Depicted with eight arms (Ashtabhuja) holding weapons, a rosary capable of granting all Siddhis and Nidhis, and a jar of celestial nectar, she rides a golden lion, bestowing radiant health, wealth, and boundless energy.
Igniting the inner light that dispels mental darkness and self-doubt. Kushmanda teaches that a joyful heart and positive vibration can create miracles even in the darkest circumstances.
